Wine and food Pairings
We believe wine's ultimate purpose is as an accompaniment to food. While many of our wines can be enjoyed by themselves, the majority of our wines show their best when paired with food. To this end, we offer the following recipes from some of our favorite local chefs, Diana Longoria and members of the Longoria Wines' staff. We'd love to hear about your experiences in trying our wine and food pairings and we also invite you to send us any of your favorite food pairings with our wines.
